Retromat is one of the finest tools out there for project managers or teams needing an idea for a retrospective. I’ve used it countless times and while I don’t follow its format to the letter, I do find it provides a really useful springboard to creating your own effective retrospectives. Often you need a retrospective to fit a particular scenario, so it is really handy to see so many activities listed in such a user friendly manner. I can’t wait to get the print edition and ensure it has a permanent place in our meeting room. It will also really help as I try to help members of the team who don’t normally run retrospectives commit to taking on the facilitator role. Anyway, you should get your hands on one fast as the last print run sold out really quickly.
All credit for retromat must go to Corinna Baldauf for such an amazing tool
