Dubaussi (dubaussi.uk) is the data controller for personal data processed through this website. You can contact us about privacy at [email protected].
What we collect
We do not run user accounts, newsletters, comment sections or advertising. The personal data we process is limited to:
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records IP addresses, browser type and requested pages to keep the site secure and working. Logs are kept for up to 30 days.
- Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and address to reply and to maintain a record of corrections, for up to 24 months.
- A preference setting. Your browser stores whether you have dismissed the cookie notice. This stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Lawful basis
We process server logs under legitimate interests (running a secure website) and emails under legitimate interests (responding to you).

We do not sell, rent or share personal data for marketing, and we do not use it for profiling.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to data portability where applicable. Email us to exercise any of these rights; we respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Third parties and links
Pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are requested. We link to external organisations such as the Gambling Commission and support services; their own privacy policies apply once you leave our site. See our cookie policy for details of browser storage.
